摘 要:针对某汽轮发电机组在实际运行过程中出现的蒸汽参数大幅波动、蒸汽参数偏离设计工况等恶劣条件,开展汽轮发电机组边界条件试验研究,试验在汽轮发电机组专用试验台位进行。通过试验,得出了额定温度时,汽轮机具备带满载的最低蒸汽压力为3.0 MPa;提出了额定蒸汽压力时,具备带满载的最低蒸汽温度为300℃;得出了高参数蒸汽参数下,汽轮机具备超载的最低蒸汽参数为425℃;得出了高低参数条件下,蒸汽温度变化40℃稳态调速率变化≤0.3%、温度变化对机组动态特性影响较小,温度变化时,机组调速器瞬态调速率及稳定时间基本无变化;得出了抽气器最低工作蒸汽压力为1.3 MPa,当蒸汽压力低于1.0 MPa时,将无法满足机组汽封抽汽系统的使用需求,为实际汽轮发电机组的使用提供了试验依据及数据支撑。The experimental research on the boundary condition of the steam turbo generator is conducted in real case scenarios where the steam supply fluctuates drastically off the design conditions,testing is done in the specially designed test lab. Test results reveal that the boundary conditions of the prototype turbo generator: A) the generator can deliver full capacity with steam at minimum pressure of 3.0MPa when the steam temperature is rating,at minimum temperature of 300℃ when the steam pressure is rating; B) : The minimum steam parameters which enable the turbo generator to achieve over capacity are425℃. C) : Temperature fluctuation has little impact on the dynamic characteristics of the generator. The transient speed regulation ration and the settling time of the governor remain unchanged. Variation on the steady- state regulation ration is less than 0. 3% with 40℃ temperature fluctuation. D) : The minimum steam pressure for the purge is 1. 3MPa. The gland sealing purge system cannot function well when the steam pressure is below 1. 0MPa. This experimental research provides solid data for the safe operation of the turbo generator.
