补阳还五汤联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死54例

摘　　要：目的观察补阳还五汤联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法 108例急性脑梗死患者随机分2组,治疗组给予补阳还五汤联合疏血通治疗,对照组给予血塞通治疗,其他内科常规治疗相同。比较2组治疗前后疗效和NIHSS评分和ADL评分的变化。结果治疗后治疗组和对照组NIHSS评分和ADL评分均有改善,但治疗后改善更明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 108 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Shuxuetong injection. The control group received Xuese- tong. The two groups also received other conventional medical treatment. Before and after treatment, the therapeutic effect, NIHSS score and change of ADL score of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score and ADL scores of the treatment group and the control group were improved, but the treatment group improved more significantly, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） . The difference of therapeutic effect between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is safe and effective.
