行气破瘀胶囊联合生龙接骨胶囊辅助手术治疗跟骨骨折32例  

Xingqi Poyu Capsule combined with Shenglong Jiegu Capsule Assisted Operation in Treating Calcaneal Fractures for 32 Cases

摘　　要：目的行气破瘀胶囊联合生龙接骨胶囊辅助手术治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法按照是否接受中医治疗将64例跟骨骨折患者均分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者采取常规手术治疗,实验组患者在此基础上加用行气破瘀胶囊和生龙接骨胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗后优良率明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后Maryland评分、Bohler角均明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后骨折愈合时间、住院时间均明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论行气破瘀胶囊联合生龙接骨胶囊能够有效缩短骨折愈合时间,提高手术治疗效果,改善患者足部功能,促进Bohler角恢复,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xingqi Poyu capsule combined with Shenglong Jiegu capsule assisted operation in treating ealcaneal fractures. Methods 64 cases of patients with ealcaneal fractures were divided into experiment group and control group according to whether or not to accept therapy of TCM, and each group had 32 cases. The control group was treated by common operation. On the basis of the control group, the experiment group was treated by Xingqi Poyu capsule combine with Shenglong Jiegu capsule. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the excellent rate of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05） . The Maryland, Maryland score and Bohler angle of the experiment group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05） . The fracture healing time and hospitalization of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Xingqi Poyu capsule combined with Shenglong Jiegu capsule can shorten fracture healing time, increase the surgical effect, improve foot function and Bohler angle, and it has high values of clinical application.
