中西医结合治疗慢阻肺发作期36例

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗对慢阻肺急性发作期肺功能及炎症指标的影响。方法将72例慢阻肺急性发作期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规抗炎、平喘等治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,在对照组基础上加用自拟中药益气活血化瘀汤口服,疗程均为14天。观察治疗前后患者用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1占FVC比值(FEV1/FVC)及外周血超敏C反应蛋白下降情况。结果两组治疗后肺功能及外周血超敏C反应蛋白均有改善,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除FVC及FEV1/FVC比值外,中西医结合组各项指标均优于对照组,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗能显著改善慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作期患者的临床症状,改善患者肺功能,并能抑制外周血炎症介质。Objective To observe the effect of therapy of integrated medicine on the lung function and inflammatory biomarkers of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） episodes. Methods 72 cases of patients with COPD acute episodes were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given routine treatment such as anti-inflammatory, and asthma. The treatment group used therapy of integrated medicine, and took orally self-made Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment of the two groups was 10 days. The forced vital capacity （FVC） , the first second forced expiratory volume （FEV1） , FEVI of FVC ratio （FEVI / FVC） and peripheral blood hypersensitive C-reactive protein decreased of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the lung function and peripheral blood hypersensitive C- reactive protein of the two groups was improved, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈 0.05） . In addition to the FVC and FEV1 / FVC ratio, all the indicators of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈 0.05） . Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine can significantly improve clinical symptoms of COPD acute episodes and lung function, and can inhibit the peripheral inflammation medium.
