中西医结合治疗髌骨软化症50例

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗、股四头肌功能锻炼配合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗髌骨软化症的临床疗效。方法 100例患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例给予中药熏洗、股四头肌功能锻炼配合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射,对照组50例仅给予玻璃酸钠关节腔注射,连续治疗4周后对比两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率为95.8%,对照组有效率为86.7%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗、股四头肌功能锻炼配合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗髌骨软化症具有明显的临床疗效。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of herbal fumigation and quadriceps exercise combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronatc in the treatment of chondromalaeia patella. Methods 100 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 50 patients which were given herbal fumigation and quadriceps exercise combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and control group of 50 cases which was given intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. The therapeutic effect was compared after four weeks of continuous treatment. Results The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 95.8% and 86.7%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion Herbal fumigation and quadriceps exercise combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of chondromalacia patella has significant clinical effect.
