艾灸加腺样体切除术治疗分泌性中耳炎80例

摘　　要：目的观察穴位艾灸加腺样体切除术治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法选择2014年1月—2014年6月收治的80例分泌性中耳炎合并腺样体肥大患者,分别采用穴位艾灸加腺样体切除术治疗(治疗组,n=40)和常规治疗(对照组,n=40),然后观察两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组患者有效率为92.50%,对照组患者治疗有效率为80.00%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位艾灸加腺样体切除术治疗分泌性中耳炎有良好的疗效,值得基层医院临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint moxa-wool moxibustion and adenoid resection in the treatment of secretory otitis media. Methods Selecting 80 cases of patients with secretory otitis media complicated with adenoid hypertrophy from January 2014 to June 2014, they were divided into two groups. 40 cases in the treatment group used acupoint moxa-wool moxibustion and resection of adenoid. 40 cases in the control group used conventional therapy. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Resuits The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50% which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The acupoint moxa-wool moxibustion and adenoid resection in the treatment of secretory otitis media has good effect, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application in primary hospitals.
