摘　　要：目的探讨对阑尾切除术后缩短排气时间影响的有效办法。方法采用黄芪注射液穴位注射治疗。结果在第一个24小时内,治疗组的30例患者均已排气,且最晚者提前4小时以上。对照组的患者则有17例排气,且8小时内及16小时内排气例数明显少于治疗组,16小时内排气时间比较,经χ2检验,P<0.01,说明治疗组和对照组差别有统计学意义。结论本方法通过中医理论与临床实践相结合,简便、安全、有效,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the effective method to shorten the time of exhaust after appendectomy. Methods The acupoint injection by astragalus injection was used. Results In the first 24 hours, 30 cases in the treatment group all exhausted, and the latest one advanced more than 4 hours. 17 cases in the control group exhausted, and cases exhausted within 8 hours and 16 hours were significantly less than those of the treatment group. The exhaust time within 16 hours was compared, by χ2 = 14.45, P〈0.O1, and it suggested that the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant. Conclusion By combination of TCM theory and clinical practice, this method is simple, safe and effective, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
