针灸结合穴位按摩治疗脑瘫合并吞咽障碍37例  

Acupuncture and Moxibustion combined with Acupoints Massage in the Treatment of Cerebral Palsy with Dysphagia for 37 Cases

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸结合穴位按摩治疗脑瘫合并吞咽障碍的临床效果。方法选取74例脑瘫合并吞咽障碍患儿,将其随机平均分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=37),两组患儿均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组患儿采取针灸结合穴位按摩治疗,两组相比较。结果经过3个月治疗,观察组患儿的总有效率为97.3%,明显高于对照组(70.3%),其差异存在着统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的康复效果也明显优于对照组,其差异存在着统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合穴位按摩治疗脑瘫合并吞咽障碍效果理想,可有效缓解吞咽障碍,提高康复疗效,促使患儿康复,提高患儿生活质量,值得进一步研究推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxihustion combined with acupoints massage in the treatment of cerebral palsy with dysphagia. Methods Selecting 74 eases of patients with cerebral palsy with dysphagia, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 37 cases. The two groups were given conventional treatment, and the observation group was additionally given acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoints massage. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results After 3 months＇ treatment, the tots] effective rate of the observation group was 97.3% which was significantly higher than 70.3% of the control group, and there was significant differences （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion combined with aeupoints massage in the treatment of cerebral palsy with dysphagia had satisfied effect. It can effectively alleviate dysphagia, improve rehabilitation effect, promote the quality of life of children, and is worthy of further research.
