土豆片外敷在CT增强碘对比剂静脉外渗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较土豆片外敷和50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗CT增强碘对比剂静脉外渗的疗效,指导临床护理工作。方法选取2013年9月—2015年5月,在CT增强检查中碘对比剂发生静脉外渗的40例患者,随机分成对照组和实验组各20名,对照组采取50%硫酸镁湿敷法,实验组采取土豆片外敷法。结果实验组在显效时间、治愈时间、更换次数等指标上优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新鲜土豆价格便宜,含有大量的淀粉和维生素B,治疗CT增强碘对比剂静脉外渗,具有高渗作用,能够缓解局部肿胀,消炎止痛,是最为有效、简便的方法。Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of external application of potato chips and 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress in the treatment enhanced CT iodine contrast agent intravenous extravasation, and to guide the clinical nursing work. Methods Choosing 40 cases of patients with iodine contrast agent intravenous extravasation in enhanced CT examination between September 2013 and May 2013, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, and each group had 20 cases. The control group took 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress. The experimental group used the external application of potato chips. Results The indicators of complete relief time, cure time and change times of the experimental group were superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01） . Conclusion The price of fresh potato is cheap, and it contains a lot of starch and vitamin B. Potato chips in the treatment of enhanced CT iodine contrast agent intravenous extravasation had high permeability, can alleviate the local swelling and anti- inflammatory analgesic, and was the most effective and simple method.
