健脾益肾法治疗肾病综合征验案1则

摘　　要：介绍健脾益肾法治疗肾病综合征的经验。该病为本虚标实之证,治疗上当以健脾益肾主要治则,在临床上疗效显著。本文报道了1例对激素及免疫抑制剂不敏感的肾病综合征患者的中医治疗方案,中药治疗明显减轻了患者的症状及体征,为这类疾病的治疗提供了新的思路。The paper introduced the experience of invigorating spleen for benefiting kidney method in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. It is the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, and invigorating spleen for benefiting kidney is the main principle of treatment, which has significant clinical effect. One case of non-sensitive nephrotic syndrome treated with steroid and immunosuppressive agents was reported. The Chinese medicine treatment significantly reduced the patient＇s symptoms and signs, and provided a new way to treat these diseases.
