摘  要:目的对树莓茎叶中的原花青素的提取分离方法进行分析。方法采用乙醇溶液回流提取法和大孔吸附树脂分离纯化法分别提取树莓茎叶中的有效成分,并通过TLC法对其有效成分进行定性分析。结果通过TLC法的显色剂显色,未在与对照品相同位置上显示相应颜色。结论采用这种方法没有在树莓茎叶中提取出来原花青素。Objective To analyze the extraction and separation method of the proanthocvanidins in stems and leaves of raspberry. Meth- ods The ethanol solution reflux extraction and macroporous resin separation and purification method were used to extract the active ingredients which were qualitalively analyzed TLC method. Results Through chromogenie reagent of TLC melhod, lhe corresponding color was not displayed in the same position in the referenee substance. Conclusion This method didn't exlraet proanthocyanidins in stems and leaves of raspberry.
