摘　　要：目的为进一步保护和开发亳州白芷的种质资源提供实践与理论支持。方法从亳白芷药材历史发展与演变过程和相关政策等方面分析了亳州白芷种质资源匮乏和亟待保护的原因,提出建立亳白芷种质资源保护和开发利用的对策和方法。结果亳白芷种质资源混乱,药材质量良莠不齐,通过种质资源保护与开发,可提高其质量和产量。结论亳白芷种质资源保护势在必为,应从政策和科研两方面共同加强亳白芷良种培育基地和GAP种植基地建设,提高亳白芷质量和产量。Objective To provide theoretical and practical support for further protection and utilization of the germplasm resources of Bozhou Angelica dahurica. Methods Based on the historical evolution of Bozhou Angelica dahurica and related policies, we analyzed the reason why the germplasm resources of Bozhou Angelica dahurica need to be protected, and offered possible countermeasures and options to develop and utilize the germplasm resources of Bozhou Angelica dahufica dahurica. Results The present situation of germplasm resources of Bozhou Angelica is unsatisfactory, and the qualities of Bozhou Angelica dahuriea are uneven. It is possible to improve its quality, and increase its production by protecting and developing the germplasm resources of Bozhou Angelica dahuriea. Conclusion It is urgent to protect the germplasm resources of Bozhou Angelica dahuriea. To improve the quality and production of Bozhou Angelica dahurica, we need favorable policies and research funding to build better seed cultivation base and GAP cultivation base.
