中药离子导入合消炎利胆片治疗胆囊术后综合征26例

摘　　要：目的中药穴位离子导入加服中药治疗胆囊术后综合征观察疗效。方法采用中药离子导入加服消炎利胆片治疗胆囊术后综合征病人26例,与单口服消炎利胆片治疗组26例作对照。结果采用中药离子导入加中药治疗胆囊术后综合征病人,与单口服消炎利胆片对照组有明显差异。结论对于已摘除胆囊的病人,一般治疗手段效果欠佳时,中药离子导入治疗手段确能改善胆囊术后综合征病人临床症状以及生活质量。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint ion introduction of Chinese medicine and administration of Chinese medicine in the treatment of post-cholecystectomy syndrome. Methods 26 cases of patients with post-cholecystectomy syndrome used acupoint ion introduction of Chinese medicine and administration of Xiaoyan Lidan tablet. 26 cases in the control group took orally Xiaoyan Lidan tablet. Results of using traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction plus traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gallblad-der surgery syndrome patients, and a single oral anti-inflammatory Lidan tablets in the control group, there were significant differences between the group which used acupoint ion introduction of Chinese medicine and administration of Xiaoyan Lidan tablet and the control group. Conclusion For patients who have removed gallbladder, the therapy of acupoint ion introduction of Chinese medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patient when general treatment effect is not good.
