摘　　要：目的探讨并分析锁定加压钢板内固定联合壮筋续骨汤治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2015年5月胫骨平台骨折患者200例,平均分成试验组和对照组,试验组采用锁定加压钢板内固定联合壮筋续骨汤治疗;对照组采用单独壮筋续骨汤治疗,比较两组的总有效率、不良反应率和治疗满意度。结果试验组的总有效率为95%,不良反应率为5%,治疗满意度为99%,与对照组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定加压钢板内固定联合壮筋续骨汤治疗胫骨平台骨折,在疗效上更为显著,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical curative effect of locking compression plate fixation combined with Zhuangjin Xugu decoction in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods Choosing 200 cases of patients with tibial plateau fractures from January 2014 to May 2015, they were divided into trial group and control group, and each group had 100 cases. Patients in the trial group used locking compression plate fixation combined with Zhuangjin Xugu decoction. The control group adopted Zhuangjin Xugu decoction.The total effective rate, adverse reaction rate and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results In the trial group, the total effective rate was 95%, the adverse reaction rate was 5%, the treatment satisfaction was 99%, comparing with the control group, and there was statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The locking compression plate fixation combined with Zhuangjin Xugu decoction in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures had significant curative effect, and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
