摘　　要：目的探讨中医正骨对踝关节骨折手术治疗的影响。方法按照是否接受中医正骨治疗将68例踝关节骨折患者均分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规手术切开复位和钢板螺钉内固定治疗,实验组患者术前给予中医正骨治疗,比较两组患者手术效果。结果实验组患者手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);实验组患者临床治疗优良率明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中医正骨能够有效缩短手术治疗时间、住院时间和骨折愈合时间,提高手术治疗优良率,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of TCM bone-setting on the ankle fracture surgery. Methods 68 cases of patients with ankle fracture were divided into experiment group and control group according to whether receiving TCM bone-setting or not. The control group was treated by conventional operation open reduction and medullary pin internal fixation. The experiment group was treated by TCM bone-setting before operation. The operation results were compared. Results The operation time, hospitalization and fracture healing time of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM bone-setting can shorten the treatment time, hospitalization and fracture healing time,increase the excellent rate, and it has high clinical application value.
