中西医结合治疗小儿链球菌感染后肾炎50例

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿链球菌感染后肾炎的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月—2014年2月收治的小儿链球菌感染后肾炎患者共50例作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为观察组以及对照组各25例。对照组患者给予抗生素抗感染、降压利尿以及卧床休养等常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用清利止血合剂给予中西医结合治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果以及不良反应。结果 1个疗程后,观察组患者治疗总有效率92.0%,对照组患者治疗总有效率64.0%,观察组优于对照组,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程均无药物不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗小儿链球菌感染后肾炎具有良好的临床效果,能够缓解患者临床症状,不良反应率低,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of infantile poststreptococcus glomerulonephritis. Methods 50 cases of patients with poststreptococcus glomerulonephritis in our hospital from January 2013 to February2014 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group using the random number table method. Each group had 25 cases. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine, such as antibiotics, blood pressure and diuresis, and other routine treatment. The observation group was treated Qingli Zhixue mixture on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results After one course of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 92% and 64%, resoectively, the observation group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. There were no adverse drug reactions in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of infantile poststreptococcus glomerulonephritis has good clinical effect, can alleviate the clinical symptoms, and the adverse reaction rate is low. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
