中西医结合治疗创伤性骨折41例

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗创伤性骨折的临床效果。方法按照是否接受中医治疗将81例创伤性骨折患者分为实验组41例和对照组40例,对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,实验组患者在此基础上加用麝香接骨胶囊联合湿润烧伤膏外敷治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组患者骨痂形成、软组织损伤修复、骨折愈合及住院时间均明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后运动功能评分和ADL评分均明显升高,与同组治疗前比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后运动功能评分和ADL评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗基础上给予中药治疗能够有效促进软组织修复和骨折愈合,在改善患者运动功能和日常生活能力上也有显著效果,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of traumatic fracture. Methods 81 cases of patients with traumatic fractue were divided into experiment group（41 cases） and control group（40 cases）. The control group was treated by conventional Western medicine therapy. On the basis of the control group, the experiment group was treated by Shexiang Jiegu capsule combined with moisture exposed burn ointment. The clinical effects were compared. Results The porosis, soft tissue healing,fracture healing, hospital stays of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was significant（ P〈0.05）. The scores of motor function and ADL of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The scores of motor function and ADL of the experiment group after treatment were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of the conventional Western medicine therapy,therapy of TCM can improve the tissue reconstruction and fracture healing for patients with traumatic fracture. It can improve the motor function and daily life ability, and has high values of clinical application.
