四季抗病毒合剂治疗普通小儿手足口病的疗效及护理

摘　　要：目的观察四季抗病毒合剂对小儿手足口病普通病例的疗效和安全性。方法将符合临床诊断及病原学特点的120例普通型小儿手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组口服四季抗病毒合剂,对照组口服阿昔洛韦片,经过悉心护理及治疗后5~7天进行疗效评估。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论四季抗病毒合剂治疗小儿手足口病能显著改善手足口病患儿的临床主要症状及体征,疗效明显,值得临床推广运用。Objective To observe the effect and safety of Siji Kangbingdu mixture in the treatment of ordinary hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods 120 cases of children with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Siji Kangbingdu mixture. The control group was treated with oral administration of acyclovir tablets.After careful nursing and treatment of 5-7 days, the therapeutic effect was assessed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Siji Kangbingdu mixture in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs,and the curative effect was significant. It is worthy of clinical application.
