中医护理干预异位妊娠行保守治疗的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理干预在异位妊娠保守治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2013年2月—2014年2月收治的异位妊娠保守治疗患者共96例,使用随机数字表法分为观察组以及对照组各48例,2组患者均给予甲氨蝶呤联合亚叶酸钙治疗。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上给予中医护理干预,观察2组患者的临床效果,对比两组患者血β-HCG(人绒毛膜促性腺激素)恢复正常所需时间以及护理满意度。结果观察组治愈有效率95.8%,明显高于对照组治愈有效率79.2%,2者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时观察组患者血β-HCG水平恢复至正常水平所需时间明显少于对照组,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,2者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预在异位妊娠保守治疗患者中的应用有着良好的临床效果,能够有效缩短患者住院时间,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Selecting 96 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy received conservative treatment in our hospital from February 2013 to February2014, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 48 cases. The two groups were treated with methotrexate combined with calcium. The control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group was treated with TCM nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect of the two groups was observed, and the β-HCG（human chorionic gonadotropin） to resume normal time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 95.8% which was significantly higher than79.2% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. At the same time, the level of serum β-HCG of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the con-trol group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy has good clinical effect, can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay, and improve patient’s nursing satisfaction.
