复方黄根颗粒的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优化复方黄根颗粒的提取工艺,确定适合于本制剂的最佳提取工艺。方法根据对方中各药材成分和作用的阐述,在提取中采用L9（34）正交试验考察各影响因素。结果根据水提醇沉工艺正交试验数据结果,最佳方案为A2B2C2D3,提取工艺稳定合理可行,可进行规模生产。Objective To optimize the conditions for the extraction of compound Huanggen granules, and to determine the best method of the extraction. Methods Using the orthogonal tests to research the factors during the technology according to the ingredients and functions of the Chinese herbal medicine. Results According to the data of the water extraction and ethanol precipitation extraction, the best method of the extraction was A2B2C2D3, and the the technology was simple and stable. It is suitable for for scale production
