摘 要:目的通过系统分析排卵障碍型不孕症中西医结合疗法并结合其安全性、可行性、有效性,做出可信、客观的评价,为治疗无排卵型不孕症提供理论依据。方法通过对2014年以前内蒙古医科大学中医专业硕士论文整理的无排卵型不孕症患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,寻求无排卵型不孕症的最佳治疗方法。结果与中药复方组比较,中西医结合疗法有效率(P<0.01)、妊娠率(P<0.01)显著优于中药复方组,中西医结合治疗无排卵型不孕症临床有效率(P<0.01)、妊娠率(P<0.01)与单纯西药组比较疗效显著,为指导临床用药提供了强有力的理论依据。结论无排卵型不孕症仍然是一个医学难题,中西医结合疗法是一种可靠且副作用小的治疗方法。但由于搜集资料范围的局限性,有可能存在一定的偏倚。Objective Through the system analysis on the therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility,combined with the safety, feasibility and effectiveness to make a credible, objective evaluation, and provide theoretical basis for treatment of anovulatory infertility. Methods Based on the Inner Mongolia medical university of traditional Chinese medicine professional master de-gree thesis arrangement type of anovulatory infertility patients clinical data before 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, in order to seek the best treatment for anovulatory infertility. Results comparing with Chinese medicine compound group, the effective rate( P 〈 0.01) and the pregnancy rate( P 〈 0.01) of integrated medicine were significantly better than those of the Chinese medicine compound group.Combining with Western medicine in the effective rate( P 〈 0.01) and the pregnancy rate(P 〈 0.01), therapy of integrated medicine had significant curative effect, which provided a strong theoretical basis for clinical application. Conclusion The anovulatory infertility is still a medical problem, and therapy of integrated medicine is reliable, and has minor side effects. Since the limitations of scope of data collection, there may be some bias, and its clinical effect remains to be seen.
