摘　　要：目的:观察30例成人Still病(AOSD)风湿热痹型采用中西医结合治疗前后中医学证候以及相关实验室指标的变化。方法:回顾性分析2009-2015年我院风湿科门诊和病房确诊为AODS风湿热痹型的30例患者的临床资料。采用电阻抗法测定白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(NEUT%),魏氏法测定血沉(ESR),免疫比浊法测定C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),电化学发光法测定血清铁蛋白(Ferritin),速率法测定转氨酶(ALT、AST)。结果:30例AOSD患者以发热、关节疼痛、皮疹、咽痛为主要临床表现;以WBC升高、NEUT%增高、ESR增快、CRP升高、肝功能损害及血清Ferritin升高为主要实验室检查特点,经中西医结合治疗,90%以上的患者实验室指标、临床表现明显好转,病情稳定。结论:糖皮质激素、非甾体类消炎药以及慢作用药联合中药治疗AOSD风湿热痹型患者,疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of TCM combine with Western Medicine in treating 30 cases with wind wetness heat type adult Still disease（AOSD） and related laboratory indexes. Methods： Analysis the clinical data of 30 cases with wind wetness heat type adult Still disease（AOSD） accepted by department of rheumatism in our hospital from 2009 to 2015. Impedance technology was used to detect white blood cell count（WBC）, neutrophilic granulocyte percentage（NEUT%）.Westergren method was used to detect erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）. Immunoturbidimetry was used to detect the C-Reactive protein（hs-CRP）. Serum ferritin was detected by electro-chemiluminescence. And transaminases（ALT, AST） were detected by velocity method. Results： Fever, section, rash, pharyngalgia were the main manifestations. Rising WBC, NEUT%, ESR, CRP,Serum Ferritin and the liver function damage were the main laboratory characteristics. After the treatment, about 90% cases case improved. Conclusion： Glucocorticoid hormone, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs combine with TCM has a significant effect in treating AOSD.
