加减二仙汤配合耳穴压豆治疗肾阴阳俱虚型围绝经期综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加减二仙汤加耳穴压豆治疗肾阴阳俱虚型围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的70例肾阴阳俱虚型围绝经期综合征患者随机分成2组,每组35例。治疗组运用加减二仙汤加耳穴压豆,对照组单纯应用加减二仙汤治疗。2组均用药4周1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:临床观察表明,加减二仙汤合耳穴贴压治疗肾阴阳俱虚型围绝经期综合征的有效率为97.40%,对照组单纯应用加减二仙汤的有效率为82.86%,2组综合疗效比较差异有显著性意义;在改善中医证候积分方面,治疗组对症状评分参数改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;在改善Kupperman评分方面,治疗组对症状评分参数改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:加减二仙汤合耳穴贴压治疗肾阴阳俱虚型绝经期综合征可显著提高临床疗效,明显改善症状积分。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of modified Erxian Decoction cures Renal masculine menopause syndrome with ear acupoint bean pressing. Methods： 70 patients with renal masculine menopause syndrome was randomly divided into two groups, each group of 35 cases. The treatment group apply the method of modified Erxian Decoction add with ear acupoint bean pressing, and the control group just used Modified Erxian Decoction. 4 weeks was decided as a treatment course and continue two periods. Results： Clinical observation showed that,the total effective rate of modified Erxian Tang Decoction combined with auricular point pressing for curing Menopausal syndrome of kidney Yin deficiency rate was 97.4%. Meanwhile the total effective rate of the group just used Modified Erxian Decoction was 82.86%,according to the two groups of comprehensive curative effect comparison, the differences between them were significant. Compare to the control group,in improving the TCM syndrome integral aspect, difference is significant statistically. The treatment is better than the control group in improve symptom scores parameters. Conclusion： Modified Erxian Tang Decoction Combined with auricular point pressing is better than the applied modified Erxian Decoction alone, and it has statistical significance,and can significantly improve symptoms integral.
