艾灸联合耳穴埋豆改善脑卒中后尿失禁疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸联合耳穴埋豆治疗中风后尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:选择脑卒中伴有尿失禁的住院患者78例,随机分为观察组40例和对照组38例。对照组采用常规治疗和护理,观察组在常规治疗和护理基础上给予艾灸联合耳穴埋豆治疗,比较2组患者尿失禁改善情况。结果:能明显改善症状,治疗前2组尿失禁等级无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后2组尿失禁等级比较,治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸联合耳穴埋豆能够明显改善卒中后尿失禁症状,临床疗效满意,,值得临床推广应用。Objective ：to observe moxibustion combined ear acupuncture point buries bean clinical curative ettect tor the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke. Methods ：with urinary incontinence,78 cases of hospitalized patients with cerebral apoplexy,40 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 38 cases. Control group adopted routine treatment and nursing, the observation group based on the conventional treatment and care giving moxibustion combined therapy with ear acupuncture point buries a bean, compared two groups of patients improve urinary incontinence. Results ：can obviously improve the symptoms, treatment of the first two group of incontinence level there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）, the two groups after treatment level of urinary incontinence, the treatment group improved better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： moxibustion combined ear acupuncture point buries beans can obviously improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence after stroke, clinical curative effect is satisfactory, and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
