摘  要:从热连轧曲柄式飞剪的应用发展和需求现状出发,以设计研究的角度阐述了曲柄式飞剪传动系统的设计过程。系统探讨了曲柄式飞剪设计的核心内容——传动系统的设计和优化,详细论述了剪切机构的设计和优化、剪切力和剪切功、传动系统转动惯量、剪切过程中的能量转化模型等各关键点和难点,重点研究了曲柄式飞剪传动系统在设计优化上有别于其他飞剪的独特之处,如剪切力的精细化计算、传动系统各部分转动惯量的分布及优化等,指出了曲柄式飞剪在剪切过程中速度降幅的误区,并提出了传动系统参数匹配合理与否的判据,为曲柄式飞剪的传动系统设计提供参考。在此基础上优化传动系统参数并与实际工程进行了验证,结果非常吻合。This article proceeds from the application,development and demand situation of crank-type flying shear in hot strip mill,discribes the design process of crank-type flying shear's drive system from the angle of design and research. Systematically discusses the design and optimization of the drive system,which is the hardcore in design of the shear. Expatiates on some key and difficult points in detail,such as the design and optimization of shearing mechanism,shearing force and power,inertia of the drive system,shear energy conversion model in the shear process etc. Compared with other flying shear,some unique points in the design and optimization of crank-type flying shear drive system studied mainly,inclusively how to calculate the shearing force exactly and how to optimize the value of drive system' s inertia. Point out the misunderstanding of speed drop amplitude in shearing process of crank-type flying shear,and raise the issue of how to judge the parameters of drive system rationally for the design of the shear's drive system. Based on that,optimized the parameters of drive system and put them in engineering verification. Finally got a satisfying result.
