摘  要:锌灰泵是目前钢材企业用于抽取热镀锌过程中所产生锌渣的重要元件,应用相似性理论从理论上对锌灰泵的工作过程进行分析,可以模拟实际生产过程,考虑影响锌灰泵工作性能的相关参数,利用因次分析法构建水模拟实验台,使用透明聚氯乙烯材料(PVC)建立锌灰泵水模拟实验台,通过相似性理论分析得出,水模拟实验台从理论上符合锌灰泵工作原理和工作过程,设计的水模拟实验台能够替代锌灰泵机组进行调节参数的实验,能够满足实验要求。Zinc ash pump is an important element to extract slags in the process of hot dip galvanizing in the steel enterprise currently. Using the principle of similarity to analyze the working process of the zinc ash pump in theory could simulate the actual producing process. Given the influence of relative parameters on zinc ash pump performance,the experimental device for water simulation could be constructed by using the dimensional analysis.Transparent PVC materials were used to establish a physical model of the experimental device for the water simulation of zinc ash pump. Through the analysis based on the principle of similarity,the experimental device conformed to the zinc ash pump in the working principle and the working process theoretically. Thus it could replace the zinc ash pump unit to complete the experiment of adjusting parameters and could also satisfy experimental requirements.
