摘　　要：针对全氢罩式炉运行中存在的烧嘴变形、带钢粘结、煤气电磁阀工作不正常、空煤比无法精确控制等问题进行分析,提出了针对性的改造措施和优化方案,经过实际验证,取得了明显的效果。In this paper,the full hydrogen bell type annealing furnace operation in the presence of burner deformation and strip bonding,gas solenoid valve is not normal work,not precise control of air to coal ratio. The modification measures and optimization design are put forward,after the actual verification,and the obvious effect has been achieved.
