一种中药抗菌洗液杀菌效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察一种中药抗菌洗液杀菌效果,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该中药抗菌洗液杀菌效果进行了检测。结果该洗液以体积分数60%乙醇中加入适量土荆皮、苦参、蛇床子等中药成分,为偏碱性溶液。以该中药抗菌洗液原液作用1 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌平均杀灭对数值≥5.00;作用2 min对悬液内白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值≥5.00。将该抗菌洗液于37℃保存三个月后,对四种试验菌株的杀灭率无明显下降。结论该中药抗菌洗液具有良好的杀菌效果,性能稳定。Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of a Chinese medicine antibacterial lotion. Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried out to detect the sterilizing effect. Results The lotion was alkalescent solution that containing 60%（ v / v） ethanol with proper amount of Cortex Pseudolaricis,Sophora Flavescens,Cnidium Fruit and other Chinese medicine. The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the lotion for 1 min,Candida albicans for 2 min were ≥5. 00. The killing rate of four standard strains exposed to the antibacterial lotion after storing at 37℃ for 90 d did not decrease significantly. Conclusion The Chinese medicine antibacterial lotion with broad spectrum has good germicidal effect on bacterial vegetative form and fungi and it is with good stability.
