摘　　要：针对油田油水井作业的环保要求,研制了一种Z412-66型油管任意位置堵塞器。该堵塞器主要由丢手头、卡瓦系统、密封系统等组成;工具承受压差15 MPa,耐温90℃。与其他工具配合使用,可用于油水井不压井作业。现场应用2口井,施工成功率100%。In view of the environmental field,a kind of Z412-66 tubing arbitrar protection requirement of oil and water wells in Daqing oil- y position plug is developed. The plug is mainly composed of release sub, anchorage system, sealing system, and etc. For the plug, pressure tolerance is 15MPa, temperature tolerance is 90℃ It can be used for snubbing service with matched tools. The practical application is made in two wells,and the success rate is 100%.
