摘　　要：目的：探讨阴茎皮角的临床特点,提高对该病的诊断和治疗水平。方法：回顾性分析6例阴茎皮角患者临床资料,并复习相关国内外文献。结果：6例患者均通过术后病理证实为阴茎皮角,术后随访5个月~120个月,均未见恶变、复发及转移。结论：阴茎皮角是发生阴茎边界清楚的过度角化的圆锥形病损。手术治疗是治疗该病的安全有效手段。阴茎皮角虽然是良性病变,但1/3的患者具有潜在恶性,术后需要密切随访。Objectives： To explore the features of penile cutaneous horn and improve the diagnosis and treatment of disease. Methods： Six cases were retrospectively analyzed and relevant literatures were reviewed. Results： The postoperative pathology confirmed penile cutaneous horns. The patients were followed up for 5 -120 months. There was no sign of recurrence or metastasis after surgery. Conclusions： Penile cutaneous horn is a well -defined cone - shaped lesion with hyperkeratotic features. Surgical excision is an effective treatment method. However, one third of cases may have underlying malignancy, and patients should be closely followed up.
