摘　　要：以工程机械产品为研究对象,以再制造工艺过程数据为依托,以产品BOM(Bill of Materials,物料清单)数据为主线,采用数据库技术和B/S网站架构技术,建立了工程机械产品拆解和回收数据管理平台,对工程机械产品及其零部件的再制造(预处理、拆解、检测与分类回收等)工作中的数据进行分散采集,集中存储,使得数据可以规范管理,知识和经验可以积累并重用。A data management platform was built for working machines in prod-ucts disassembly and recovery with the products as a study object,the process data in remanufacture as a basis,and with the products BOM data as a main-line while utilizing database techniques and B/S network mechanism,which was followed by selection of separate data of the prod-ucts and their parts and com ponents rem anufacture(pre-treatment,disas-sembly,tests,classified recovery,etc) before their collective storage,so as to specify and manage the data,as well as accumulate and reuse the know -how and experiences.
