摘 要:对液压打桩锤的打击过程和液压系统工作原理进行分析,建立液压系统AMESim模型,并根据液压系统关键元件主阀的结构原理及运动特性建立主阀的AMESim模型。模拟液压打桩锤完整的打击周期,获得液压缸活塞杆位移、速度和加速度变化曲线,并得到打击力、打击周期等性能参数,仿真结果符合预期要求。It is an analysis of hydraulic pile hammer driving process and the hy-draulic system's working principles to construct an AMESim model for the system while building up another AMESim model for the critical com-ponents master valve in the system according to its structural principles and kinetic characteristics. Through sim ulating the hammer's entire driv-ing period it has got the cylinder's displacement value, speed and ac-celeration and the variation curves, as well as driving force, driving period and other function data, thus showing that the simulation results meet the requirem ents as expected.
