摘  要:选用过氧化氢(P)和连二亚硫酸钠(Y)两种漂白剂对蔗髓的可漂性进行了探索性研究。采用正交实验优化了螯合预处理(Q)与两段过氧化氢漂白的工艺条件,对正交实验结果进行了验证,并进一步优化了漂白的工艺条件;比较了蔗髓经螯合预处理后两段过氧化氢漂白(QP1P2)与过氧化氢漂白和连二亚硫酸钠漂白相结合(QPY)的两种不同工艺的漂白效果。结果表明:经QP_1P_2漂白,其白度为59.7%ISO,与其原始白度(29.5%ISO)相比,提高了约30%ISO;而经QPY漂白,漂后蔗髓白度为56.5%ISO。由此可见,经过QP_1P_2工艺漂白后的蔗髓可以获得相对较高的白度。In this study, the bagasse pith was used as raw material and two types bleaching agent, hydrogen peroxide ( H2O2 ) and sodium hyposulfite ( Na2S2O4 ), were selected to investigate the bleaching process. Based on the orthogonal experiments, the QP1P2Process and the QPY process were separately optimized and the bleaching efficiency between both two processes under optimum condition, were compared. The results showed that: the IS0 brightness of bleached bagasse pith from QP1 P2 process, was 59.7% ISO, increased by 50.6% compared with the original brightness (29.5 % ISO) ; the brightness of bleached bagasse pith from QPY process was 56.5% ISO. Compared with the QPY process, the QP1 P2 process can gain higher brightness and more suitable for the bagasse pith bleaching.
