摘 要:建立了一个气相色谱/质谱一选择离子监测方法,对纸品中19种含氯酚的含量同时进行测定,并对提取条件进行了优化。该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,检出限均为3μg/kg,在3个不同加标水平下,平均加标回收率为80.19%~92.86%,相对标准偏差为1.87%~4.76%(n=9)。采用该方法对市售纸品进行测定,结果发现市售纸品中含氯酚残留量很低。An effective GC/MS -SIM method was established for the simultaneous determination of 19 chlorophenols in paper and paper products and the extraction conditions were optimized. The proposed method was simple, accurate and sensitive. The limits of detection were 3 μg/kg for all 19 chlorophenols. The spiked average recoveries varied from 80.19% to 92.86% under three different spiked levels while the relative standard deviation (RSD) changed from 1.87% to 4.76%. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of commercially available paper and paper products and the results showed that the residues of chlorophenols in paper and paper products were quite low.
