摘 要:通过催化剂活性评价实验,考察了ETX-5型催化剂在模拟氨氧化炉环境下的催化活性,并研究了催化剂工艺条件对催化剂活性的影响。实验结果表明,在温度800℃~860℃、空速70 000 h^(-1)、O_2体积分数6.3%、进口N_2O体积分数为1 740×10^(-6)、压力0.4 MPa、通水量为16.5%的条件下,N_2O的转化率达99%。ETX-5型脱除N_2O催化剂的开发具有一定的社会效益和经济效益。Catalyst activity of ETX-5 in different N2O enviroment of nitric acid plant and the influence of catalyst process on catalyst activity were examined. The main results were summarized as follows: N2O conversion reached over 99% when temperature was 800 ℃-860 ℃, space velocity was 70 000 h^-1, volume fraction of O2 was 6.3%, volume fraction of initial N2O was 1 740×10^-6, pressure was 0.4 MPa and discharge capacity was 16.5%. The results indicated that the development of ETX-5 type catalyst exhibited social and economic benefit.
