摘  要:采用气相色谱法,对煤焦油中不同馏程段的萘含量进行测定。实验条件:选用HP-INNOWAX(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)色谱柱,氢火焰离子化检测器,程序升温;以甲苯为溶剂,采用外标法。该方法可作为检测煤焦油中萘含量的方法之一,精密度良好(RSD〈3%),且整个试样分析测定不超过15 min。通过气相色谱法,对煤焦油各个馏程段萘含量进行定量测定,结果表明:煤焦油馏分中萘含量最高的温度段为210℃~220℃馏程段,该温度段萘的质量占该馏分质量的67.52%,占总煤焦油量的质量分数最高,达到2.67%。Naphthalene content in coal tar in different distillation ranges was measured by gas chromatography. The HPINNOWAX capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm) and hydrogen flame ionization detector were used, with a programmed temperature control at a rate of 40 ℃/min. Using external standard method, and with toluene as solvent, naphthalene content in coal tar was measured. The method could be used as an effective way to detect naphthalene content in coal tar as the time of sample analysis was no longer than 15 min and RSD was less than 3%. Naphthalene content in coal tar in different distillation ranges was measured quantitatively by gas chromatography. The results showed that when the naphthalene content in coal tar distillate reached highest, its temperature range was 210 ℃-220 ℃ distillation range. The quantity of naphthalene in this temperature range accounted for 67.52% of the distillate quantity, and the mass concentration of naphthalene reached the highest value of 2.67% in total coal tar.
