摘　　要：目的探讨电针结合心理干预治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例更年期综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用电针结合心理干预治疗,对照组采用口服逍遥丸治疗。连续治疗3个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗组中总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,2组总有效率经统计学处理(P<0.05),有显著性差异。结论电针治疗,使肝肾得补,阴阳得调,气血充足,则脏腑功能恢复平衡。心理干预,引导患者认识个体的生理衰退过程,排除负面情绪,培养乐观向上的情绪。Objective To Observed the clinical efficacy of Electroacupuncture combined with psychological intervention treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods The 60 cases of menopausal syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group received Electroacupuncture combined with psychological intervention and control group spearheading the use of oral therapy. Make continuous assessment of the efficacy of treatment after three courses. Results The total effective rate was 93. 3% in the control group,the total effective rate of 73. 3%,the total efficiency of the two groups were statistically（ P〈0. 05）,there is a significant difference. Conclusion EA combined with psychological intervention menopause,efficacy,and patients were more easily accepted,worthy of promotion and application.
