摘　　要：根据舰船齿轮类型和使用环境特点,采用聚α-烯烃合成油(PAO)和矿物油复合作为基础油,以低气味硫磷型极压抗磨剂作为主添加剂,配以其他功能剂,研制了一种高等级、低气味的环保型低黏度舰船重负荷齿轮油,并进行了理化性能试验、台架试验和实际应用。结果表明:研制产品具有优良的黏温、低温、极压抗磨、防锈和破乳化等性能,满足舰船相应装备对齿轮油的使用要求。According to the vessel gear type and working condition characteristics, taking the complex of PAO and mineral oil as base oil, adding the low odor sulfur - phosphorous type extreme pressure additives and other function additives, a kind of high grade, environmentally friendly heavy - duty vessel gear oil was developed, which has the properties of low odor and low viscosity. Results of physical - chemical analysis, bench test and practical application showed that the new product pos- sesses excellent properties in viscosity- temperature, low temperature, extreme pressure and antiwear, anti- rust, and demulsification. It can satisfy the performance requirements of the vessel gear.
