摘　　要：热带传染病仍是新发传染病的主要病种,在世界范围内呈愈演愈烈之势。不断提高该类疾病诊断技术水平对疾病防控极为重要。本文主要对热带传染病诊断技术研究进展,特别是免疫学检测和分子生物学检测等诊断技术的研究进展作一综述。Tropical infectious diseases remain predominant among emerging infectious diseases, and some of those are showing a spreading trend worldwide. Improvement of diagnostic techniques is a key to the control of tropical diseases. In this review, we provide an overview on research development of diagnostic techniques for the diseases, especially the development of immunological and molecular detection techniques.
