痔疾洗液对肛门病术后疼痛、水肿及出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：该研究旨在评价中药熏洗在肛门病术后的应用价值。作者将348例肛门病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各174例,治疗组在常规抗感染、换药、润肠通便的基础上加用中药痔疾洗液熏洗,对照组在常规抗感染、换药、润肠通便的基础上加用1∶5 000的高锰酸钾溶液1 000 m L进行坐浴、熏洗,比较2组的术后疼痛评分、水肿评分、出血评分、肉芽组织生长评分和创面愈合时间。结果显示2组术后6 h疼痛评分均较高,术后3,5,7 d的疼痛评分逐渐下降,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组术后6 h疼痛评分无统计学差异,术后3,5,7 d评分治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后7 d,治疗组肛缘水肿评分和便血评分低于对照组,肉药生长情况评分高于对照组,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组创面痊愈时间为(13.89±2.78)d,对照组为(18.45±1.65)d(P<0.05)。该研究认为中药熏洗可降低患者的疼痛程度,减轻肛缘水肿,减少便血,还可促进肉芽组织生长和缩短创面愈合时间,有临床推广应用的价值。The purpose of this study was to evaluate the value of Chinese herbal fumigation in the postoperative anal disease. The authors randomly divided 348 patients into treatment group and control group with 174 cases in each group. The treatment group was given to the Chinese herbal medicine hemorrhoids lotion for fumigation based on conventional anti infective therapy,routine dressing change and relaxing bowel. The control group was given to 1 000 m L 1∶ 5 000 potassium permanganate solution for sitz bath,fumigation based on conventional anti infective therapy,routine dressing change and relaxing bowel. The pain score,edema score,bleeding score,granulation tissue growth score and wound healing time of two groups were compared after operation. The results showed that the postoperative 6 h pain scores were higher in the two groups,the postoperative 3,5,7 d pain scores gradually decreased,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The difference of postoperative 6 h pain scores was no significant difference between the two groups,while postoperative 3,5,7 d pain scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. 7 days after operation,anal margin of edema score and blood in the stool score in the treatment group were lower than those in control group,meat medicine growth score was higher than that of the control group,the difference had statistical meaning（ P 0. 05）.The healing time of two groups was respectively（ 13. 89 ＋ 2. 78）,（ 18. 45 ＋ 1. 65） d（ P 0. 05）. This study suggested that Chinese herbal fumigation and washing could reduce the pain degree of patients,the anal margin of edema,and the blood in the stool,also could promote granulation tissue growth and shorten the time of wound healing,deserve the clinical expansion.
