两种不同麻醉方式在尿毒症患者动静脉内瘘成形术中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨两种麻醉方式（局部麻醉和臂丛神经阻滞麻醉）对尿毒症患者的动静脉内瘘成形术中的不同效果,并进行分析。以供参考。方法选取2012年4月~2014年4月进行了动静脉内瘘成形术的尿毒症患者62例,以此作为研究对象。并对其进行随机分为两组,一组为实验组,另一组为观察组,每组患者各为31例。实验组采用臂丛神经阻滞麻醉的方式对患者进行麻醉,观察组局部麻醉的方式对患者进行麻醉。在麻醉后观察患者血管的内径变化、手术时间和术后血液流量,并对两组的结果进行对比分析,结果实验组的麻醉方式明显优于对照组的麻醉方式,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论臂丛神经阻滞麻醉方式可以有效的扩张患者的血管内径、减轻患者疼痛情况、缩短手术时间且在术后可增加血液流量。其效果明显优于局部麻醉,值得在临床医学中推广。Objective To investigate the two anesthesia methods（ local anesthesia and brachial plexus nerve block anesthesia） on venous fistula forming different effects of intraoperative dynamic in uremic patients,and analyzed the. For reference. Methods From 2012 April to 2014 April in our hospital were 62 uremic patients with venous fistula angioplasty cases,as the research object. And it was randomly divided into 2 groups,one group for the experimental group,the other group for the observation group,each group of each 31 cases patients. In the experimental group,the brachial plexus block anesthesia methods on patients in observation group were anesthesia,local anesthesia way anesthesia on patients. To observe the changes of the diameter of blood vessels,patients after anesthesia in operative time and blood flow,and the results of the 2 groups were comparative analysis. Results The mode of anesthesia results anesthesia methods in experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Brachial plexus block anesthesia is an effective method for patients with dilated vascular diameter,relief,the pain of patients shorten the operation time and can increase blood flow after operation. Its effect is obviously better than that of local anesthesia,worthy of promotion in clinical medicine.
