摘 要:目的调查河北医科大学第三医院雨雪天气下收治的尺、桡骨骨折的流行病学特征。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2013年8月河北医科大学第三医院诊治的所有骨折患者资料,筛选出尺、桡骨骨折。将雨雪天气诊治的尺、桡骨骨折患者资料定为A组,非雨雪天气诊治的尺、桡骨骨折患者资料定为B组,统计患者性别、年龄、损伤部位、AO/OTA分型、Colles分型及Smith分型等项目,总结其流行病学特征,并对两组尺、桡骨骨折构成进行对比。结果共收治24997例骨折,尺、桡骨骨折3944例,左侧2097例,右侧1847例;男女比为1.11:1,平均年龄40.2岁。尺、桡骨骨折高发年龄段为51~60岁;50岁以上患者女性多于男性;损伤部位以远端骨折最多(65.16%,2570/3944),Colles骨折占38.15%(1505/3944),Smith骨折占4.74%(187/3944)。A、B组尺、桡骨骨折分别为971、2973例,男女比分别为0.99:1和1.15:1;A组患者平均年龄[(41,5±21.8)岁]大于B组[(39.8±22.8)岁1,差异有统计学意义(t=2.144,P=0.032)。A、B组尺、桡骨骨折高发年龄段均为51~60岁,与B组比较,A组51-60岁年龄段患者所占比率较高,11~20岁年龄段患者所占比率较低,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。A、B组尺、桡骨远端骨折高发类型均为23.A型,损伤高发亚型为23.A2型。结论石家庄地区雨雪天易发生尺、桡骨骨折,女性患者多于男性,年龄大的患者更易骨折。Objective To investigate the epidemiological features of ulna and radius fractures in the rainy and snowy weather in the Shijiazhuang area from January 2011 to August 2013. Methods The data of human fractures were collected which were treated between January 2011 and August 2013 at the Third Affiliated Hospital to Heboi Medical University. The ulna and radius fractures were selected. Those treated in the rainy and snowy weather were classified as group A while those in the dry weather as group B. Comparisons were made between the 2 groups in terms of gender, age, fracture site, AO/OTA, Colles and Smith classi- fications, and proportions of ulna and radius fractures to find out their epidemiological features. Results A total of 24, 997 human fractures were collected. A total of 3,944 ulna and radius fractures were selected, involving 2,097 left sides and 1,847 right sides, with a male/female ratio of 1.11:1 and an average age of 40. 2 years. The predominant age of the ulna and radius fractures was from 51 to 60 years. There were more female patients than the male ones in the age groups of more than 50 years. The fracture sites were mostly at the distal ends (65.16%, 2, 570/3,944). Colles fractures accounted for 38. 15% (1,505/3,944) while Smith fractures 4. 74% (187/3, 944). There were 971 cases in group A (with a male/female ratio of 0. 99: 1) and 2, 973 in group B (with a male/female ratio of 1.15: 1) . The average age of group A (41.5 =1=21. 8 years) was significantly older than in group B (39. 8 ±22.8 years) ( t = 2. 144, P = 0. 032). The peak age of the ulna and radius fractures was from 51 to 60 years in both groups. The proportion of the patients of 51 to 60 years old was significantly higher and the proportion of the patients of 11 to 20 years old significantly lower in group A than in group B ( P 〈 0. 05).
