摘　　要：本文作者提出语言测试的评价标准应由思想性、可靠性、有效性、公平性、规范性、实用性和后效性等七个一级指标所构成。作者在文中进一步讨论了各个一级指标的概念与分类,并对构成一级指标的二级指标和三级指标进行了说明。The author of the article puts forward seven primary sets of standards for the assessment of language testing. They are test writers＇ views, reliability, validity, impartiality, norms, feasibility and wash-back effect. Then the author expounds the notion, classification, and the secondary and tertiary sets of standards of each primary set of standards.
