摘　　要：大规模高风险的语言测试与考生利益息息相关,具有很强的社会性和影响力。因此,考试本身内容和语言是否规范,成为引人关注的问题。如果能够建立一套符合中国国情、适合中国语言测试特点的内容规范和语言规范,必然能够使语言测试更为科学、公平和有效。本研究从考试设计者和命题者的角度对语言测试中的内容规范和语言规范进行了探讨,以期能够对其他测试在制定内容规范和语言规范方面有所启迪。Large-scale and high-stakes language tests are closely related to testees’ interests and have a strong social influence. Therefore, whether the content and language of these tests are standardized or not becomes important concerns. If we establish a set of content and language standards which cater to the specific circumstances and needs of language testing in China, we can make these tests more scientific, objective and fair. This study investigates the content standardization and language standardization in language testing from test designers’ point of view, which hopefully may provide us with inspirations for setting standards in other fields of testing.
