基于Web语料库的《外报外刊阅读》课程实践研究

摘　　要：Web语料库(Web as Corpus)不同于传统语料库,是一种基于动态网络的语料库检索系统。Web语料库能有效应用于《外报外刊阅读》课程教学,通过提供最新鲜的新闻语料来提高学生学习兴趣;其限定检索网址功能,能让师生分析不同国家媒体的国家立场,培养学生批判思维能力;借助其检索及其历时排序功能,师生能对新闻事件进行追踪性深入阅读;其搭配词统计功能有助于学生对网络新词的用法进行描述、归纳,发现其规律。本文将Web语料库检索系统应用于《外报外刊阅读》课程,实验班和对照班的阅读测试和问卷调查数据显示,Web语料库能有效提高学生课程阅读水平、认知能力、学习兴趣、批评性思维能力、自主学习能力,改善课程学习效果。Web Corp（Web as Corpus）, different from the traditional corpora, is an online academic search system based upon commercial search engines and the dynamic web. Web Corp can be well applied in the course Selective Readings from Foreign Newspapers and Magazines： its sea-size and fresh language datum updating at every second can greatly enhance students’ course study interest; the function of searching the specified websites in one field or within one country is beneficial to students’ critical thinking cultivation; its function of rearranging the language datum according to the time sequence can be useful for learning why news events happen and how new news terms come into being; and its collocate function facilitates students’ learning of key words’ semantic prosody. An experiment has been carried out while Web Corp is applied in the course, and experimental statistics of questionnaires and reading tests indicate that Web Corp has significantly enhanced students’ reading capability, cognitive capability, course study interest, selflearning capability, and critical thinking capability.
