摘  要:利用既定强度汽油火源引燃金属面可发性聚苯乙烯泡沫夹芯板,采用ISO9705房屋/墙角试验装置和热电偶树分别测定了以石棉布和防火条嵌入分隔板材的对火反应特性和火蔓延特性.结果发现,在既定强度火源下加装石棉布和防火条分隔的EPS夹芯板最大热释放速率(双峰)分别比仅封装但未加装分隔时降低34.3%,和9.6%,、30.2%,和8.2%,,总释放热量分别降低12.5%,和14.1%,;防火隔断可起到很好的隔热效果,阻止热量快速传播和EPS芯材受火行为(热解、熔融、燃烧等);综合而言,石棉布的防火隔断效果大大优于防火条.Gasoline pool fires with special fire power was used to ignite expandable polystyrene (EPS) foam sand- wich panels treated with asbestos cloth and fireproof strip. The ISO9705 full-scale room/corner test apparatus and thermocouple trees were adopted to measure the reaction-to-fire properties and fire spread properties. Results show that the peak heat release rate values of the EPS panels treated with asbestos cloth and fireproof strip decreased by 34.3% and 9.6%, 30.2% and 8.2%, respectively, compared with those treated with sealing, while the total heat release values decreased by 12.5% and 14.1%, respectively. Therefore, fire partitions have high heat insulation to prevent heat spread and the reaction-to-fire property (pyrolysis, melting, combustion etc.)of EPS. In general, the fire partition ability of asbestos cloth is much stronger than that of fireproof strip.
