摘 要:制备了蜜胺泡沫填充芳纶蜂窝复合芯,分析了复合芯的吸声机理,考察了复合芯的密度和厚度对吸声性能的影响。结果表明,在较高频率范围内,复合芯的吸声系数高于蜜胺泡沫;随着复合芯的密度及厚度的增大,复合芯在低频下的吸声性能逐步增大;当复合芯密度和厚度分别为78 kg/m3及20 mm,其平均吸声系数可达0.61,是一种优异的工程吸声材料。Aramide honeycombfilled with melamine foam was prepared. The sound absorption mechanism was investigated, and the influence of density and thickness on the absorbing property were also analyzed. The results show that the absorbing coefficient of composite core ishigher than that of pure foam at a given high frequency. With the density and thickness increased, the sound absorption coefficient of composite core is significant improved under lower frequency. It is a kind of industrial sound absorption material,where the average absorption coefficient is 0.61, with the density and thickness at 78 kg/m^3 and 20 mm respectively.
