摘 要:采用氯化聚乙烯接枝马来酸钠离聚物与无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)共混制备PP-R/离聚物共混材料,对其进行扫描电子显微镜、热重、差示扫描量热、维卡耐热、拉伸强度和弯曲强度等测试分析。结果表明,在离聚物质量分数为3%时,PP-R/离聚物共混材料具有较好的拉伸性能和较大的断裂伸长率,离聚物质量分数为5%时,共混材料弯曲强度达到最大,同时添加离聚物使共混材料的耐热性能有所提高,说明PP-R/离聚物共混材料中离聚物离子交联和离子–偶极作用起到了增容增强的作用。Chlorinated polyethylene (PE-C) ionomers was prepared with PE-C-graft-maleic anhydride and NaOH. The random copolymerization polypropylene(PP-R)/ionomers blends was made by mixing the ionomers and PP-R was measured by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),thermal gravity (TG),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),vicat softening point,tensile and bending strength testing. The results show that the tensile properties and elongation at break of the blends is improved significantly than pure PP-R with 3% ionomers,and the bending strength of the blends is the largest with 5% ionomers,and at the same time,the heat resistance of the blends is enhanced. It is indicated that the phase compatibility and strength of the PP-R/ionomers blends are enhanced due to the existence of the ionic groups in the systems and the ion-dipole interactions between the ionomers and PP-R.
