从寒热并用理论探讨慢性胃肠疾病的辨治

摘　　要：寒热错杂是慢性胃肠疾病的重要病机,胃肠道症状是寒热错杂证主体证候群。追溯寒热并用的源流,通过探讨寒热并用理论的三种代表治法——辛开苦降法、温清并用法、寒热合化法,阐明寒热并用是慢性胃肠疾病的常用治法。Intermingled cold and heat is a significant pathogenesis of chronic gastrointestinal diseases. Gastroin- testinal symptoms are the main presentation of intermingled cold and heat syndrome. This article traces the origin of combination of cooling and warming, and elucidates that it is a common method to treat chronic gastrointestinal disea- ses. The article explores three typical therapeutic methods of combination of cooling and warming, including methods of acrid opening and bitter descending, combination of warming and clearing, as well as cold and warm blending.
