摘  要:本文对分时分区供热节能进行了理论分析,通过能耗模拟软件De ST-C对北京某办公建筑在连续供热和分时分区控制供热两种工况下的能耗进行了模拟计算。根据模拟数据分析了在两种供暖模式下模拟建筑的耗热量和建筑室内房间的温度变化情况。实例模拟分析显示,公共建筑采取分时分区控制技术供热,能实现按需供热,节能效果显著。This paper makes a theoretical analysis of energy conservation of time and zone control for heating system. An office building of Beijing is simulated in two cases of continuous heating and time and zone control heating through the energy simulation software of De ST-C. According to the simulation data We analysis heating consumption and the temperature variation of typical room of the building in two kinds of heating mode. Engineering example simulation shows that public buildings which take time and zone control for heating system can achieve the required heating and energy-saving effect is remarkable.
